  • I love my car! - 2010 Toyota Corolla

    This car is the best one Ive ever had. Its built nice and it looks nice. This car drives smoothly and its way to good on gas. I had an 1997 mazda protege and if you know that car its a lot smaller than the toyota i have now, but that car spent double on gas than what my Toyota Corolla 2010 does and the miles i put is what i have driven so far in 6 months. Oh and at stadium Toyota they treat you so great even after you have already purchased the car.

    Toyota of Dallas has great Customer Relations, Service, and New Car Sales. Im satisfied with them. I am not satisfied with this car. My commute is 6 miles local one-way. I average 22-23 mpg. The steering is stiff, there is a huge driver side blind spot, tire noise is very noticeable, the ABS engages even at low speeds and makes a whirring sound. Cornering and braking doesnt inspire confidence. Acceleration is jerky. Interior is cheap quality with lots of plastic. Look at the flimsy rear cup holders! I wish the headrests and armrests were softer. Lastly my change holder broke already after two months and I didnt use it once. I like the mud flaps, rear bumper protector, cargo net and tray.

  • A nice car. Could be better - 2010 Toyota Corolla

    I have had my 2010 Corolla S since July 2009. Overall, I have no major complaints. At 17K miles I have only done standard maintenance (and 2 of 3 recalls.) The steering seems fine to me, but Im guess Im not one to drive with me knees or one-handed. Acceleration is not special, but who expected it to be? Never had an issue passing anyone when needed, and have looked down to see I was going 80 without realizing it more then once. Exterior look is nice. Did accumulate several scratches quickly, but not sure if that was bad luck or not. Interior is OK. The S model shouldnt have the lint issue (if there is one) due to the sport fabric. The fabric does seem difficult to fully clean though.

  • Nice car (when parked) - 2010 Toyota Corolla

    This is a nice car in the S trim. Body kit makes amazing job beautifying this fairly dull car. Only grill remains dull. It is so smooth for a small car, you dont feel if it moves. But this is not enthusiasts car. It has no soul. You may accelerate hard but there is no feel of it. Steering is questionable. Interior is great besides some hard plastic in "should be soft" places, cheap controls and questionable location of the clock. Big trunk. Nice seats. Decent legroom in the back and suitable middle spot with flat floor beneath.

    Love it fun to drive Great 4 door sedan that makes commute fun Lacks raw horsepower/torque of my other cars in the gargage but gas mileage is much better.No problem keeping it straight I think its just really touchy so people are over correcting. It has the EVP #3 plus sunroof the sunroof open at high way speed is very easy on noise.Dont be afraid of the recall on this car the only recall on mine is for floor mats, but my floor mats are attached to the factory hooks to keep them from sliding in to dash area. I checked my VIN # at Toyota website. Will use this for commuting as it gets way better mileage over my Mustang and Explorer.

  • 2010 Corolla LE, Nice car! - 2010 Toyota Corolla

    Having been a loyal Honda Civic owner for many years I made the switch to a Corolla. The Corolla rides better and is quieter, 2 features that Ive grown to appreciate as Ive gotten older. I paid 16,500 for an LE with automatic, remote entry, cruise, 6-CD changer, and heated outside mirrors. To me thats a bargain considering the average price of a new car sold these days. This car does everything very well and spending more seems like a rip-off.

  • Overall Garbage - 2010 Toyota Corolla

    Got this as a hand me down three weeks ago with 32,000 miles. Ride is terrible. I feel every pebble in the road. Traction control stunts hard/quick acceleration at all speeds. Steering wonders at high speed. Cheap interior quality, the plastics rattle. Wind noise is bad. Cheap feel overall. Dealer has to do certain customizable feature for you. My 2005 Civic with 183,000 miles was better in every way. Including MPG. (Note: I never changed the shocks and only did routine maintenance on it) And this car does not have as much room as the Civic. Civic all the way.

  • Dont Waste Your Time or Money! - 2010 Toyota Corolla

    I have a 2010 Corolla LE. The entire dash, the doors and the back rattle BADLY. If I go over a bump in the road, it sounds like the car is literally going to fall apart. We have had to have the rotors replaced or turned about six times now. This car barely has 60k miles on it! I have a 2001 Ford (with 160k miles) and I have replaced the rotors ONCE. We are also about to put on the third set of tires. Each time I go to the dealership, there is yet another recall. The interior design on this car is horrible, and dont even get me started on the seat fabric! There is four year old lint on my seats that I have given up on. Save yourself the hassle, and dont buy this piece of junk!

  • Worst Purchase Ive ever made! - 2010 Toyota Corolla
    By -

    Buying this car was a biggest mistake in my life. Poorest customer service, uncomfortable Steering wheel, Problems with trunk lid closing, cheap material used for interior, seats not comfortable, Toyota does not allow you to put floor mats on the driving side, which is insane as you ruin your cars carpet much sooner. Gas pedal problem was never resolved. I took it to the dealers and they cheated that it has been fixed. In fact, they just took the floor mat away. No compensation was offered for the recall. Please think 100 times before buying this car. You may have other great options in the market such as Honda, Nissan, and Hyundai. Final word, be careful, Toyotas dealers are butchers!

  • Toyota Simply the best - 2010 Toyota Corolla

    I purchased the S Corolla and could not be happier with the car. Do not believe the negative crap you are reading. The people are no doubt competitors of Toyota who want you to think the worst and buy there cars.The S has upgraded interior, instrument panel, rear deck spoiler.alloy wheels, ground effects and fog lights all for only $800 more than the LE. Everything is perfect. Steering is perfect. 650+ FICA gives you 0% financing. AAA members get big discount plus $500 back from Toyota. We bought a new Camry two years ago and it is still perfect. Make no mistake, Toyota sets the standard and everyone else is trying to take them down. I will never drive anything else;
