  • Lots of whistles and bells - 2017 Honda CR-V

Be sure to evaluate the seats before buying. These seats are on the narrow side and thus not comfortable for some people. My hips and legs are cramped after a ride of an hour or more. The front seats are power and have many possible adjustments. Im hoping to find a position that does not leave me so cramped and uncomfortable.

  • Coldest car I have ever owned - 2017 Honda CR-V
    By -

I live in Chicago, IL. We just started experiencing cold weather. I leave the car parked in my garage overnight, every morning I remote start it and then remote start it again 10 min later. I get in the car, the temperature gauge shows that the engine didnt heat up at all, not even 1 bar after approximately 15 min of running. The problem with this is that the car also doesnt blow hot air until the engine is heated up. I literally drove the car for 10 miles when the outside temperature was -2 F and it still didnt heat up the vehicle. I have heated seats and they do help but not enough, I hate the fact that I bought a AWD car for the winter and my main problems with it are happening during the winter. Absolutely the slowest heating car I have ever owned and if I had known that I would have never bought it. Other problems that I have experienced are with the cars entertainment system, it needs a software update. Very slow and laggy. fuel consumption is bad for me, I only get 23.2 mpg. I wish I could return the car now and get something else. Unfortunately I will be stuck with it for at least another 2.5 years until my lease is up.

  • RDX killer - 2017 Honda CR-V

People doing reviews in this should be in the high end class like the Audi, Lexus, etc. Once you see the features and tech on par compare the price and save some money.

  • 2017 CR-V EX - 2017 Honda CR-V
    By -

We have had two or three Accords and a Civic, but this is our first move into the CR-V and into the EX trim. I love the car. It handles great, and gets better gas mileage than our 2013 Civic! I appreciate the active safety features, which have already come in handy several times. We have just had the car for just over 1800 miles, but our overall mileage during those miles is 34 mpg. Things I would change or add: 1. An interior release for the tailgate (although I suspect theres some ultra cautious safety reason for only opening from the outside or remotely). 2. The interface for the entertainment and vehicle info is a bit slow, and could stand some attention. 3. *Wireless* Apple CarPlay, rather than just via USB.

  • More than I expected - 2017 Honda CR-V

This vehicle had more power, room, and comfort than I honestly expected. I anticipated a good car from Honda (this being my third), but it really exceeded my expectations. Everyone has commented on the ride and comfort, especially the older folk, and its a terrifically handled car - not SUV-like at all. I call it my Tardis, far more room on the inside than appears on the outside. I great choice in a car.

  • I Fit! - 2017 Honda CR-V

I am 6feet 2inches tall and the cabin does not feel cramped, my legs fit and I feel like I,m riding high off the road. I did not expect these impressions in a "small" SUV and now I get significant MPG improvement (was driving Nissan Murano) and dont give up the larger car feel. Happy!

  • Best of the best - 2017 Honda CR-V

After three months, 32-33 mpg (measured). PROS: Mileage, comfort, room, handling, ride, quality of materials, cargo capacity, value, push-button start, walk-away locking, collision mitigation, android auto, shifter location, up-front bag storage, standard equipment on EX, visibility, styling. CONS: No tuning knob, digital instruments, small gas tank (14 gal), funky gas & temp guages. Italso easy to turn off the info illumination when adjustung the volume. The cloth seats are of high-quality fabric and well-styled.. We like the matte wood trim, but we would prefer that all dash panels not be black regardless of the interior color chosen. Too bad the safety equipment is not available on the lower trim level.

  • Hot little honda - 2017 Honda CR-V

Its a great well built car, with several levels of options and vehicle. I would recommend one if you are looking for a peppy little turbo!

  • Lots of bang for your buck - 2017 Honda CR-V

Great at everything, but with it had paddle shifters like the HR-V to downshift. That would really help with mileage.

  • Redesigned 2017 CR-V - 2017 Honda CR-V
    By -

This new design for the CR-V is totally exceptional, the body of the car is longer with more cargo space, but also more leg room inside. With the new added safety features for the CR-V, you feel extra safe knowing that the car is always thinking for you. So many things on the car make it a comfortable drive on a long road trip, really smooth, great power and easy to navigate the info system, still learning what is what. A lot of high tech stuff built into the console. Only had it for a month, and we are totally happy, looking forward to some road trips this summer.
