Overview & Reviews
As the model was fully redesigned for the 2003 model year, there are only a few changes on the 2004 Honda Accord. Availability of side curtain airbags has been expanded this year to four-cylinder EX models -- standard on those with leather, optional on cars with a cloth interior. All four- and six-cylinder EX models equipped with a leather interior now have XM Satellite Radio with three months of free service as standard equipment. And as with all Honda cars this year, a new seatbelt reminder system is standard. Accord models meeting California's stringent Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle (PZEV) standards -- all four-cylinder sedans equipped with automatic transmission -- will also be sold in the states of New York, Maine, Vermont and Massachusetts.
- Tight build quality, quiet cabin, refined and powerful engines, reputation for quality and durability, high crash test scores.

Satisfied with reservations - 2004 Honda Accord
By EdNJ908 - November 22 - 2:00 amI bought my 2004 Accord EX V6 after six enjoyable years with my 1998 Accord EX V6. Although the 2004 model has a number of improvements over the 1998, I am concerned that the reliability slipped. My 2004 Accord had a transmission pressure leak which caused the transmission to slip after two weeks in service (500 miles) and required towing to the dealer. It was fixed in two days and I had no problem since. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Great Redesign - 2004 Honda Accord
By cjm175 - November 22 - 2:00 amI see now Honda has gone to the DOHC engine something that Toyota has had for years and atleast for me was the stumbling point on the Honda for me..Toyota always won. But now its hard to beat for the money.. If Honda stays aggressive they will leave Toyota in the dust

Reliable and maybe dull? - 2004 Honda Accord
By L.Lustig - November 22 - 2:00 amA good car, but hardly innovative. I wish I had opted for a little more luxury for some more dollars...BMW, Audi?

I am glad to have this car - 2004 Honda Accord
By Jayda Okelly - November 22 - 2:00 amI love this car. It is luxury, sporty and fun all in one. I feel, safe and comfortable driving it. The car drives smooth, it is so smooth that I really have to pay attention to my speed limit, I dont realize that I am going as fast as I am. I bought the 4 cylinder, because I was actually afraid of the V6. When my friend drove the car, he thought it was a V6. I do not regret buying this car at all. I feel good and classy, even when driving next to a Benz. I love the new body of the Accord. Honda has done it again.

The Best Machine On The Road! - 2004 Honda Accord
By melbourne123 - November 11 - 10:00 amOne of the best cars on the market. Styling, comfort, saftey, performance, maintnance surpass any competitor on the market. I had a 2003 camry before I bought this accord, there is no comparison. The v6 in the accord is a better performer and has better gas mileage. The accord also has better saftey ratings than the accord. Great overall car. I have already put 13,000 miles on the car and havent had one problem.

last Honda Ill purchase - 2004 Honda Accord
By lasthonda - November 5 - 10:00 amI have driven many other Accords/Civics that were great, had no issues and ran to over 100K. The 2003 Accord is the pits! I wont buy another. So many rattles on the front dash and annoyances that the dealers NEVER admit to hearing. They all deny hearing anything. Terrible customer service. Absolutely no fun to drive unless the music is blaring to block out the annoying rattles. I wont be buying another Honda again!
