As the model was fully redesigned for the 2003 model year, there are only a few changes on the 2004 Honda Accord. Availability of side curtain airbags has been expanded this year to four-cylinder EX models -- standard on those with leather, optional on cars with a cloth interior. All four- and six-cylinder EX models equipped with a leather interior now have XM Satellite Radio with three months of free service as standard equipment. And as with all Honda cars this year, a new seatbelt reminder system is standard. Accord models meeting California's stringent Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle (PZEV) standards -- all four-cylinder sedans equipped with automatic transmission -- will also be sold in the states of New York, Maine, Vermont and Massachusetts.

  03 Honda Accord V6 4dr with Nav, Instrumental light on dash board, fuel economy, seat fit well on the hip the value of car, we fell in love and purchase it. Navigation is a must who dont like to ask anyone for direction and/or look at map and argue. Dislike: the carpet are coming off from molding, black clips behind passenger and driver seats comes off, dont know what its for, brakes coming downhill makes loud noise, air bag sensor light is on. On Navigation some of the building were 5years and older is not on the system. 2hours+ driving its not comfortable.

  My wife and I had our first child in April 04. We were driving 2 Integras at the time of her pregnancy. We loved this car because it didnt drive much differently than the Integras. One noticable difference was how stiff the ride was on rougher roads. There is a definate "chop" on larger bumps. This is something my wife and I were willing to live with to keep the quality of handling performance we were used to. The cabin is roomy, comfortable, quiet and well thought out ergonomically with first rate fit and finish. Problems so far(14 mo.) have been relatively minor. A squeaky door hinge-fixed. A faulty alternator ELR-replaced and no new problems.

  I bought this car used, its my first car. After researching A LOT I came to the conclusion that a Honda is probably the safest choice when it comes to buying a used car. I wanted a four door and something with a little power. I am extremely satisfied. Luckily who ever had it before me took excellent care of it because its pretty much like new. I have yet to experience any serious problems with it.

  I bought my 2004 accord coupe in oct 2003, havent regretted it since. This car is fun to drive with the 3.0 under the hood. After 70000 miles the drivetrain still feels bulletproof, and I was 22 when I purchased it with a very heavy foot. A few tickets later I sometimes wish I went with the 4 door, the back seats dont really have enough space and theyre hard to get in and out of. Ive had a few small issues, the car was recalled for the dealer to install a trans cooler, the radio went out after three years, both were fixed at no cost to me. Also the weather stripping on the doors started to fall of (fixed easily with a real good glue).

  impressive power. quick and very responsive. make sure you invest on a radar detector for you dont want to go home with a ticket. very smooth riding too

  Traded in my 1998 Accord LX 4 cyl. 5 speed sedan for this 2003 EX-L 4 cyl. 5 speed. Overall, Im very happy after 8 months and 15,ooo miles. Here are my thoughts in a nutshell if youre thinking about an Accord....

  i decided to move up from my Civic which was also a great car to the Accord, i am very impressed with this vehicle, it is just an awesome car, it performs well on the highway and is very comfortable to drive and the features are great too.

  Comfort, style and get up and go. Thats what this car is all about. It didnt take long to make the decision to buy the Accord. With the recommendation to buy this car from my son, who is a big fan of Honda, I just wonder why I didnt get it sooner. Nothing else compares. Dont pass this car by. Youll be sorry if you do.
