  Dissapointing Quality - 2003 Toyota Corolla

  Very dissaponting quality of interior parts. 14 days spent since Purchase date. Do not buy cars made in California. Interior buzzes will drive u crazy. Recently right front door developed new ratteles and buzzes. This is my 4th toyota and definitly the last one.Toyota quality definitly took a nose dive. I also own Mitsubishi which has no such quality issues.

  Worst car I ever bought. Impossible to get comfortable in drivers seat. Front end still makes noise even after parts from factory re-call were replaced. Dash rattles. Acceleration is pathetic. Takes 3 or 4 attempts to get car into reverse. Feels like grinding gears even with the clutch pegged to the floor. If you live in Tucson do not buy from Precision Toyota. You become a complete inconvience to them after the sale. Trust me, you get better customer service from McDonalds! On the highway, no stability, any slight wind tries to push the car off the road. The car sits as high off the ground as a two-wheel drive truck. I will be trading in this car ASAFP!

  Worst Car Ever - 2003 Toyota Corolla

  This has been the worst car Ive ever owned. Ive had to replace the rear hubs ($1200+), the catalytic converter ($200) and the air conditioner. The interior of the car has completely come apart and the hub caps have all fallen off. Ive owned cars that were way older and never had problems like I have with my Corolla. DO NOT BUY ONE!!!

  An okay car. - 2003 Toyota Corolla

  I recently bought this car. Ive already had to replace the timing chain and catalytic converter. This car does have great gas mileage, 30 miles per gallon. It has comfy seats and is higher off the ground than other sedans of this era. However the paint is peeling off and the engine is horrible. If you want a commuter car that gets good gas mileage and dont mind having repairs this is the car for you.

  Nothing but trouble! Six check engine lights due to emissions failures. Transmission replaced at 2000 miles.Interior and exterior pieces falling off this is a lemon Very disappointing considering Toyotas reliability in the past on this vehicle big disappointment considering the high standards one normally expects from a Toyota!!!!

  Small things matter!!! - 2003 Toyota Corolla

  This car runs well, but there are a few things I hate about it and would be a deal killer if I had it to do over again. First off, the heat sux!!! (yes thermostat has been changed, and core flushed, etc etc). The heater is simply inadequately sized and this is VERY IMPORTANT if you live in a cold climate! Basically if temperature is below the 30s, it takes a good hour to be warm enough, and then Im at my destination. Anything in the 20s or lower and the heat is not even close to adequate- and foot area never gets enough heat. Ironically, my car has the "heavy duty" heater. Id hate to see standard heater. Secondly the car is LOUD, and I mean L-O-U-D! It picks up more road noise than any car Ive ever been in and Ive been driving for 30 years. I dont think this car has any sound deadening material at all, if anything it has sound amplifying equipment. Third the car doesnt have the sun band at top of the windshield. This is the dark blue stripe that should run across the top of the windshield. If you drive into the sun, this really stinks. I cant drive with the sun visor down all the time because then I cant see traffic signals. On the plus side the gas mileage is good and I think the car will be reliable. Had I realized how bad road noise and shitty heater is, NO WAY would I have bought this car!

  A disaster! - 2003 Toyota Corolla

  It was a VERY bad decision on my part to buy this car. For the 11 months Ive had the car, it has been one problem after the other; failed driver power window actuator, stinky rotten egg smell most of the time, HAZARDEOUS to drive on a windy day, squirmy emergency braking, erratic idle, lousy fuel consumption in the winter, numerous rattles and a body that dings too easily. My 2001 Corolla was way better, but its too late to lament now.. Im selling this car once Ive driven it for 2 years to at least pay the interest on the car loan.

  Bad car quality - 2003 Toyota Corolla

  Poshed up version of same old car, except that it breaks now. Engine is potent if you want to push hard but handling is left far behind. Minor build quality flaws. Check Engine light comes on every so often for no apprarent reason.
