Overview & Reviews
For 2003, BMW will finally offer a DVD-based navigation system -- meaning that you won't have to give up an in-dash CD player if you opt for the nav system. Other changes include a standard front armrest for all 325 models, as well as a rear center headrest for all sedans and wagons. Additionally, all wagons will come with a moonroof. In terms of options, the Premium Package for all 325s now includes automatic headlights and rain-sensing wipers, and the Sport Package for the 330xi includes double-spoke alloy wheels and run-flat tires.
- Luxurious, powerful, exceptional road manners, available all-wheel drive for sedan and wagon.
- Pricey for its market segment, limited rear-seat space and cargo capacity.

Problems - 2003 BMW 3-Series
By PJ Klunk - April 29 - 10:00 amVehicle currently has 5281 miles on it, It has been flat bedded back to the dealer ship 4 times so far, it is the most unreliable "new" car that I have ever owned, problems consisted of the SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) and the charging system (Alternator). When the warranty runs out its gone.

lots of fun - 2003 BMW 3-Series
By vincentlight - April 29 - 10:00 amIve had mine for just over 2 years now. I wanted the stick, but settled for the automatic (due to supply constraints) and I think would have preferred the stick. Otherwise it a fun, comfortable car to own.

I love this car - 2003 BMW 3-Series
By JBiddle - April 23 - 10:00 amAfter purchasing this car, I wonder why other car makers dont just close their doors. The build quality of this car is by far superior to the others I drove in this class. My only complaint is that the dealers are snobby.

Awesome car! - 2003 BMW 3-Series
By siriusbright - April 17 - 2:00 amIve had my new 2003 BMW325i for only one week and I can definitely say that its the best car in its class. The performance is outstanding, the stock stereo sounds great, dont believe the reviews you read saying that the stock is not very good (although I havent heard the Harmon K upgrade). I test drove all the others, Audi, Lexus, Infiniti, etc. and the BMW was the most fun to drive. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone who likes performance and class.

Ready for my third 3 series. - 2003 BMW 3-Series
By Dan C. - April 5 - 7:14 pmStarted with a 328Ci convertible - loved it and sold it to an employee - shes still driving it. Currently own 330Ci conv. - almost 6 years later and still love it. No problems mechanically, looks as good as new, fun to drive, responsive, quick. Have absolutely no negatives for this car and tough to part with such a nice car, but ready for a 335Ci convertible for the spring. I would really have to wonder about some of the negative comments on this model - I have none.

Beyond my expectations. - 2003 BMW 3-Series
By D.Viana - March 22 - 10:00 amI didt think my 330 CI coupe was going to be so much fun to drive. Now I think of any excuse to get the car out of my garage. Its truly an experience every time I drive off, turn the DC player on and get on the road. The car responds to my commands and there is no hesitation whatsoever. Its truly a blast to drive this car. Now I understand what it means to be inside the ultimate driving machine.

By e28 m5 - March 5 - 2:00 amThis car is a pleasure to drive and looks sharp. T he engine and manual 5sp are crisp while the s uspension is just perfect and balanced. Couldnt w ait for the performance pkg so I opted for the s port pkg with 18 mv rims. I could drive BMWs for the rest of my life and n ever yearn for another auto!!!!

Worst Car I have ever owned in 30 years - 2003 BMW 3-Series
By Moore - February 22 - 11:40 amWorst Car I have ever owned in 30 years! When I fist bought this Lemon I loved it. But after 9 months and 6 times in the BMW dealership repairing this turkey I am through with BMW! Mt first Bimmer was a 318ti that I drove almost 300 thousand miles with the same timing belt. This thing has had no less than 3 alternators in the past 2 months at $500.00 a pop, cannot fix the radio $600.00, idleing pully $700.00 and its still not fixed. Do not purchase one of these cars without a warranty!!!!

02 325i WOW! - 2003 BMW 3-Series
By tgravo2 - February 20 - 10:00 amMy car: 02 325i, 5 spd, Prem & sports package, xenons, Harmon Kardon stereo, Titanium silver with black leather. I absolutely love driving this car. If someone would have told me that this car with 184 hp was this quick, I would have laughed. You just have to get out and drive one of these cars. It performs so well that the instant I drove it, I wanted it. This is one of the smoothest driving cars I have ever driven. The only thing I wish I had was more money to get the 330i, I didnt even go test drive it because the salesman told me it would throw you in the back of your chair, and I knew I would have to have it.
