Civic just keeps on chugging! - 1993 Honda Civic
By DallasKen - March 21 - 2:00 amThis is a vehicle I never thought Id enjoy driving. I gave up my commuter car a year ago, bought my wife a new car, and inherited her Civic grudgingly. However, it grew on me... its spartanly comfortable, gets great gas mileage, drives and handles well. Although not powerful, the light weight of the car and spritely engine give it acceptable punch at expressway speeds. I compare the driving of a 1993 Civic to that of an imagined (although soon to be a reality) 1-series BMW!

Perfect Commuter Car - 1993 Honda Civic
By rthomson - March 5 - 10:44 amAt 115000mi this car has never had a mechanical problem. 48mpg highway, 43city. Its a little to small and high reving for extended highway driving, but as a commuter car its outstanding! Best car I have ever owned.

By shootset - March 4 - 1:25 pmWe really liked this car. You wouldnt believe what we hauled in the back. Bricks, lumber, kitchen table and oh yah a little over a half a ton of flagtone. It was our truck! This car has been very reliable and has exceptional gas milage.

By rosie - March 2 - 3:02 pmThe car has been great. It is very reliable and I have never had a major problem with it. It runs well for a 10 year old car and still looks great - no rust. People dont believe me when I tell them its a 93. I would reccommend a Honda to anyone looking for a reliable used car. Hondas will be at the top of my list when I purchase my next car.

I love it! - 1993 Honda Civic
By kangarro_rat - February 6 - 11:04 pmThis car has stood up great! We got it orginally to make a daily 2 hour round trip drive, which it did for the first 4 years we had it. Now its been given to me, a high school student, and has worked excellent. It has over 210,000 miles on it and has hardly any problems at all (only minor things that werent its fault)
